• No Call out fees, only a minimum one hour charge for our labour
• Our labour is on a fixed hourly rate, you only pay for the time needed to complete the work.
• We will always provide you with a guide to how long a job will take.
• Costs included in our labour are minor fixings and fittings such as, screws or fittings carried by our handymen.
• 24 Hour Emergency call out 07703720021 for all evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• If we need to purchase or supply any items to complete the work we will inform you and advise a cost and approval to proceed.
• If certain areas require expertise such as a gas engineer or electrician we have the relevant departments to quickly call upon within the On Tap Group.
